This section covers all the policies regarding placing orders and making returns with this online fashion store. It also covers your privacy policy. Our goal is to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one. We recommend you familiarize yourself with our policies as they govern any transaction you enter into with us. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed in this online store are usually processed the same day or within in 2 business days from the date the order was placed and paid for. Orders placed for garments or other products that are out of stock may take longer to process, the stock status and / or the estimated delivery date are indicated on the product detail page. In some cases we may need to contact you prior to processing your order. If we are unable to reach you using the contact information you provided us within 5 days, we may cancel your order and refund any payment you may have made.

ORDER PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and wire transfers. Sorry but we do not accept cash, checks, cashiers checks, Western Union or the likes.

Promo codes and discount coupons can be used to buy T-shirts, dresses, shorts, skirts, jackets and any other garment offered on this online fashion store. Discount codes may be found on this website, on our social media pages and in promotions and advertising we run. If you have a discount coupon or promo code please keep the following in mind: Only one code may be used per order. Certain items (including all sale items) may be excluded from special offers. Codes may not be applied after an order is processed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All US orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. It should be received within 2-7 business days after processing. We charge a starting rate of $5 per order in the continental USA. You must received a confirmation email from the carrier. The customer will be responsible once we shipped the items. Please note orders can't be changed, modified or cancelled once they are shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to any country in the world. If your country is not listed in our drop down country list on the order checkout page, please call us to place a phone order. Shipping will be provided via DHL Express or USPS International Mail. You can also arrange for a carrier of your choice, send us your shipping label and schedule your pickup. International orders are not guaranteed to ship within 2 business days because additional verification is often necessary. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.You must received a confirmation email from the carrier regarding your tracking shipment.

WE are NOT responsible for shipping delay caused by customs or any other reason.

International customers are responsible for customs clearance, duty, foreign taxes and any other applicable charges and fees in the country they are shipping to. 
Please note that we are required by law to declare the exact value of the merchandise and mark it as dutiable.

International shipping rate is starting in a rate of $25. It will vary also on your destination.

Orders to Russia: Due to duty restrictions we are unable to ship to residential addresses in Russia. Only orders going to commercial address will be shipped.
The International customers must be include in the note of their telephone/contact number. We need this information for the shipment. You can also send this to our email address at contactlecoledesfemmes@gmail.com.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your apparel purchase from this online fashion store, you may return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or store credit ONLY. No full refund.

The following rules and guidelines apply:
  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
  • The merchandise must be in its original new condition and unworn/washed.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom-made or special order items, undergarments, bodysuits or sale merchandise. These types of sales are final.
  • Damages that occur during care of a garment such as dry cleaning, washing or wear are not grounds for return.
  • Please do not return anything to us COD or freight collect. We will refuse your shipment.
  • Returns must be made in adequate packaging (like the original). We are not responsible if your return is damaged in shipping due to poor packaging.
  • Insure your return, we will not be able to refund you if your shipment to us is lost.
  • We reserve the right to charge for outbound freight for exchanges.
  • If you receive a defective product, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs. The item must be returned unworn and labelled and in good condition.
  • If you have a sizing issue with any item, please return the item/s unworn, labelled and in good condition. We will inspect the item/s and if satisfied we will offer a full refund. (The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping themselves.)

Please note that customers are responsible for return freight charges. We do not pay for return shipping under any circumstance except for damaged or incorrect shipment (see below). The cases we deem qualified for us to pay the return freight we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS
If we shipped you a damaged or incorrect garment, please contact our customer service to arrange for an exchange. Please keep the original packaging, do not wear or use the garments and do not remove the tags. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and send you a replacement as soon as we receive your return.

REFUSED SHIPMENT
If you refuse your shipment from us, we will refund the order value less the actual freight charges. This even applies to orders that went out with free shipping.
LEGAL
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of California. Any litigation must be brought to the appropriate court in the County of Los Angeles.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. Your information is never shared, sold or distributed in any way. We only use the private information you share with us to process your orders and provide you with a better shopping experience.
